LXMP
LXMP is a duo that probably should be a trio or a quartet but it’s more fun with just two people. Founded in 2009 by Piotr Zabrodzki and Macio Moretti out of their shared love for Korg MS-20, LXMP quickly replaced their previous duo 60 Minut Projekt and became a full-fledged band. In 7 years they released 2 albums as a duo, 3 albums (and one cassette) with guest musicians (Chad Popple, Kazuhisa Uchihashi, Tabata Mitsuru, Clayton Thomas) and one hand-made 4-inch record with friends as Napalm Of Death. In 2013 they published "Back To the Future Shock" – their own, improved version of Herbie Hancock’s "Future Shock" - and went touring half of Europe with The Kurws, half of North America with Deerhoof, and quarter of South America all by themselves. In March 2016 label Lado ABC published their latest album called "Żony w pracy" (Wives at Work), an answer to burning questions like ‘are we alone in space’ and ‘is it all worth it’.
