Harpsichordist, teacher (F. Chopin College of Music in Warsaw – Department of Harpsichord, Organ and Ancient Music). She graduated with honours from the F. Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw; was granted numerous scholarships: New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, USA (harpsichord studies with John Gibbons), French Government Scholarship, Academie Musicale de Villecroze, and scholarships for participation in master-classes: Montisi (Italy), Villecroze (France), Antwerpen (Belgium), Krieglach (Austria), Cambridge (United Kingdom), Karlsruhe (Germany) led by outstanding professors and artists such as Huguette Dreyfus, Bob van Asperen, Jos van Immersel, Ketil Haugsand, Menno van Delft, Robert Hill, Jacques Ogg and The Parley of Instruments. She made archival recordings for the Polish Radio, which chose her for representing Poland in the International EBU Competition “New Talent” 2005 in Bratislava. In 2009 she received the Degree in Arts Management graduating from the University of Warsaw, Department of Management. As a soloist she performed with the Sinfonia Varsovia Orchestra, Polish Radio Orchestra, Cracow Philharmonic, Arthur Rubinstein Philharmonic Orchestra (Lodz), Morphing Vienna Chamber Orchestra (with Andreas Scholl) during many national and international festivals (Nantes, Bilbao, Tokio, Berlin). Her repertoire is not limited only to the music of the XVII and XVIII centuries – she regularly performs also contemporary music. In 2010 she made a world premiere performance of the “Les Poiriers en Pologne ou une Suite de Pieces Sentimentales de Clavecin faites par Mr Szymanski”. In 2011 she was invited by the German pianist Tobias Koch to play duo-concerts in Bad Krozingen castle, having at their disposal the impressive collection of historical keyboard instruments. These performances had started the duo cooperation and led to many concert and recording offers. Małgorzata also cooperates with the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera, Teatr Dramatyczny in Warsaw, Teatr Dramatyczny in Walbrzych interpretating the baroque repertoire as well as improvising and composing music for the spectacles. She works during the Summer Early Music Methodical Courses in Warsaw. Her debut solo album with the complete harpsichord Partitas by J. S. Bach had its premiere in June 2013. It was released by the Warsaw label Lado ABC and the National Audiovisual Institute (NInA), and is the first complete harpsichord recording of the Clavier-Übung I released in Poland.
