Jazdów is a settlement whose history dates back to World War 2. This complex of Finnish cabins was constructed in 1945 to provide housing for the workers of the Warsaw Reconstruction Bureau. Today, the 27 wooden houses and adjacent gardens are home to private residents, NGOs, urban gardeners and beekeepers, academics and students, artists, and emplyees of businesses, cooperatives, emabssies and public institutions. The "Jazdów Community" runs social, cultural, educational ans artistic programs open to the public.
